BIONADE is in a new healthy soft drink made or "brewed" in the picturesque village of Ostheim, Bavaria, Germany much like beer, but without the alcohol and only a fraction of the sugar, salt & calories found in traditional soft drinks, whilst being rich in essential calcium and magnesium. The inventor & Master Brewer Dieter Leopold spent many years researching a way of converting sugar into gluconic acid through fermentation without producing alcohol which is the natural result of fermentation where sugar is present.
