Founded nearly 70 years ago, Plan is one of the largest child-centred community development organisations in the world.
They work in 62 countries on projects and initiatives that address the causes of poverty and its consequences for children's lives. They work with children, their families and communities to build a world where children are safe, healthy and capable of realising their full potential.

Children are at the heart of everything PLAN do. Right now they need sponsors to help more children living in some of the poorest countries of our world. Children who lack clean water, safe sanitation, enough to eat and have no proper schools or trained teachers. Why not sponsor a child for as little as US$ 22 - UK£12 a month and you'll help these and other children get the basic essentials they need.

You will be the child's only sponsor and they will know your name & who you are, just as you will know all about them. PLAN will keep you up to date with their development and encourage correspondence in both directions. Words of encouragement can be a great boost in confidence to children working towards a better future.
You can even arrange to go & visit your sponsored child to see some of the changes you are helping to make.
